Top Gun? F1 driver Bottas takes to skies

Valtteri Bottas’ reputation as Formula 1’s newest ‘Flying Finn’ hit literal levels as he took to the skies with the Finnish Air Force on Saturday.
The Mercedes driver, enjoying a weekend off from F1 before the sport’s first ever triple header kicks off with the return of the French Grand Prix next week, took part in an aerobatics display in an air show at Tikkakoski airport celebrating the Finish Air Force’s 100th anniversary.
Piloted by Finish Air Force instructors, Bottas was strapped into the passenger seat of the fighter jet cockpit and experienced a full aerobatics display from a unique position, some of which he captured and shared on social media.
