Between the back-to-back Misano MotoGP rounds, a day of official testing was held at the Italian circuit on Tuesday.
The track action was divided into two sessions; the first from 9:30-13:00, followed by a lunch break, then a second session from 14:00-18:00.
Espargaro led the morning session for KTM with a 1m 32.054s, with Vinales then setting the fastest time of the day to top Session 2.

Sunday’s race winner Franco Morbidelli did not take part due to a ‘stomach upset’.
Also absent was Honda’s Stefan Bradl – at least one of his 2020 machines being used by Nakagami – and Tech3 KTM’s Iker Lecuona. Ducati riders Andrea Dovizioso and Francesco Bagnaia halted testing after Session 1.
Tyre selection was the same as for the Misano races…
