By signing up to the newsletter you agree to receive emails from that may occasionally include promotional content Leave this field blank Williams F1 has announced Jamie Chadwick will continue her role as the team’s development driver for the forthcoming 2021 campaign.Chadwick has been with Williams since 2019, where she joined as part of its driver academy while fulfilling the role of development driver.She will continue to test on the team’s simulator and will be “fully immersed within the team both trackside at certain grands prix and at the factory”.Alongside her Williams role, Chadwick claimed the inaugural 2019 W Series title and took a class victory at the Nürburgring 24 Hour Race.Chadwick will once again compete in W Series with it being an official F1 support race in 2021.“I have absolutely loved my time with Williams so far and could not be more delighted to continue working with the team in my role as development driver,” Chadwick said. “I feel I am improving as a driver all the time, and my time spent in the simulator this coming season will prove to be invaluable.
