Marc Marquez confirms split from manager Emilio Alzamora

Alzamora, the 1999 125cc world champion, has guided the careers of Marc Marquez as well as younger brother Alex since their days in the Spanish championships.Marc has gone on to win eight world titles, with fellow MotoGP rider Alex also a world champion in the Moto3 and Moto2 classes.However, Alzamora’s absence from recent events fuelled rumours of a split, which has now been confirmed.“Thank you Emilio for all these years together! I still remember the day I went to Monlau Competición for the first time, I was only 12.
