Marc Marquez will make his second race start of the 2021 MotoGP season this weekend, as he returns to Jerez for the first time since attempting to ride at last year’s Andalucian Grand Prix. The eight-time World Champion produced a spirited ride at the Algarve International Circuit, as he finished in seventh place on his MotoGP comeback. It’s fair to say the performance from Marquez throughout the whole weekend was impressive, while his top ten race result was also enough to finish as the top Honda rider.Heading into round four of the 2021 campaign, Marquez is keeping expectations low once again, but does feel ‘back into the rhythm of racing’. “Now we are back into the rhythm of racing, and after a productive week we are coming back to the track,” said Marquez.
