The Alfa Romeo Sauber Formula 1 Team has confirmed launch plans for its car for the 2019 season ahead of the start of winter testing in Barcelona next month.

Sauber is the fifth team to confirm the launch date for its 2019 car, due to called the Sauber C38, planning an unveil prior to the start of running on the first day of testing on February 18.

 

The car will be unveiled at 8:20am local time at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya – 7:20am GMT – ahead of the start of running at 9am at the track.

Sauber enters 2019 with an all-new driver line-up as 2007 world champion Kimi Raikkonen returns to the team with which he started his career, having been replaced at Ferrari by 2018 Sauber driver Charles Leclerc.

Raikkonen will partner full-season rookie Antonio Giovinazzi, who replaces Marcus Ericsson at Hinwil.
