That will be a concern for Mercedes heading into qualifying, which is set to take place in similar conditions. Alpine’s Pierre Gasly was sixth-fastest ahead of Lance Stroll’s Aston Martin and Yuki Tsunoda, who spun twice in his AlphaTauri.
